Numbers are uploaded onto eBay immediately the items are shipped providing you with a clear tracking number for your purchase. 48 Untracked is a conformation of delivery which means we dispatch the item and the only scan it receives is at your address.

Please check the tracing number on the royal mail tracking site do not rely solely on the eBay site.

We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it unwanted we have a 30 day return policy.

As long as the item is unused and in perfect re-sellable condition with all retail packing and any tags and labels. Any free gifts must also be returned where appropriate.

There are 3 options for returns.

For any items you ordered which were delivered by normal Royal Mail Post you can either return through the eBay returns system.

Or you can purchase a cheaper fully tracked returns label from us at item number 372027350478 we then email you a label to print off and attach to the parcel and take to your local post office.

Or finally you can just take to the post office and return it yourself but we do recommend you use a tracked service as we cannot refund items that do not arrive back here.

For damaged or faulty items please message us first informing us of the issue. We can then send you a tracked returns label if we need the item back or advise what to do.
