Mint: - Never Played with, looks fresh out of Booster Pack.
Near Mint - New looking but slight imperfections on close inspection.
Excellent/Great: - Scratches on the card and/or on the edges. It is in a good condition but noticeable imperfections usually on the edge of the card.
Played/Fine: - Noticeable scratches, slight creasing, peeling, tearing. Looks as though it has been played with quite a bit.
Heavily Played/Poor Condition: - Creases, Peeling, scratches, tears, rips.
