If it is not in the picture it does not come in our kit.

All Bigg Red seals kits contain all the rubber components necessary to totally strip and rebuild your caliper, in most cases they also contain the slider seals.Should you also require Pistons please contact us directly.

Caliper identification
We can in most cases identify most calipers fitted as original equipment. To assist we need the following information as a minimum.
Make, model, year, engine, chassis number, solid or vented discs fitted.
Many manufacturers fit various makes of caliper to the same model & year. In this instance we will need confirmation of the make of caliper fitted. All calipers have the manufacturers name cast into the unit, although you may need to wipe or wire brush to make visible.

Other hydraulic components cannot be used as a guide to the make of caliper fitted.
In most modern vehicles it is quite common for 2 or 3 hydraulic manufacturers to be present on the same vehicle
Fitting Care
Whilst fronts kits are reasonably straightforward
In the interests of safety we would recommend you consult a technical publication such as Haynes if you have no previous experience.If in any doubt how to proceed correctly please consult a suitably qualified company to complete the work for you.
We would strongly suggest you adopt this policy for all rear kits with hand brake mechanisms
Great care should be taken during assembly to ensure you do not pinch the internal bore seals, this will most probably result in a leaking caliper.
Cleanliness is key any dirt or grit remaining in the caliper will also most probably result in a leaking caliper

We pride ourselves on providing a swift service to our customers
All kits are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and physically taken to the post office Monday to Friday, not placed in boxes.
Most orders paid before 11.30am will go that day.
UK Kit delivery
We have a certificate of posting for all UK deliveries. Although first class mail does not come with a guaranteed delivery time, it is obvious from our feedback a lot of customers do receive next day, obviously we cannot guarantee this.
We can offer a next day courier service if required.
Non UK Kit delivery
Again all are taken by hand daily and sent on a recorded delivery service. This comes with a Royal Mail barcode trackable directly on the RM website.

We handle many hundreds of enquiries every week and whilst we always try to reply the same day this is not always possible.

Shipping
Smaller components are sent Royal Mail first class, if ordered before 1pm ( Mon - Fri ) they will be collected by Royal Mail that same day. Larger components are sent via 24/48 hours carrier. This applies only to UK mainland excluding Highlands and Islands and excludes Sat/Sun. For all other destinations please contact customer service for price and delivery information, prior to purchase.

Returns
We operate a no quibble returns system for all goods returned unused and in perfect condition within 2 months of purchase providing you have proof of purchase. Dirty, damaged and incomplete items will not be refunded and only the cost of the goods is refundable not the postage.
