In the unlikely event there is an issue with the item (if it has been damaged in transit or has developed a fault or got lost in the post) please contact us via ebay messaging only and explain what the problem is, we will always reply to ebay messages in 99% of occasions within the next day (excluding weekends) and either offer help to resolve the issue or send a replacement if required.

If the item has not been recieved please note that if it has been marked as dispatched then we have definitely shipped it we have not left the country with your money!!
