All orders received before 12 Noon on in stock items will be despatched on the same working day.

Delivery to the UK is dispatched using insured traceable couriers with many items including a GET IT FAST next day delivery option. Some small low value items may be sent by 1st class post.

Most items show standard delivery charges to Ireland, France and Germany. All other international delivery charges can be quoted at request. Shipping costs outside the UK are dependent on weight and item size.

We offer free delivery on orders over £50 (A small number of very heavy/large items are the only exception to this).

We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

We offer a no quibble 30 day returns policy on unused items (The only exceptions are specially altered items such as cut lengths of cable). Please indicate through your original Ebay order that you wish to return/cancel the order. Then, return the unused goods, packaging and documentation in a saleable condition at your own cost and we will refund the goods total once the items have been received and checked. This is in addition to your statutory returns rights.

If a product has failed or is thought to be faulty this can be returned in one of two ways.

Use the Ebay return system in your purchase order history page and we will send you a returns authorisation form. Return the item and include the completed form. Once we receive the faulty unit a replacement can be sent out after inspection/testing of the original.

Alternatively, if an advanced replacement is required, please purchase a second item and we will refund the original when it is returned to us.
