Installing batteries incorrectly is the most common reason for low airflow
If you experience low airflow, please don’t assume you received a defective FiAir. Sometimes customers are so eager to try it, they make the common mistake of failing to install new AAA batteries according to the Diagram in the bottom of the battery tray! (Done it myself in a hurry...)
If you install one battery incorrectly, one of two things can happen:
1. FiAir won't blow at all.
2. FiAir will blow very weakly.
If either happens, check the batteries against the diagram in the tray.
Here's a simple trick to help you install batteries right every time: Place your index finger on the little button on one end of the battery as you pick it up. Press the flat side of the battery against the spring. Can’t go wrong!
With new batteries in the right positions, FiAir will blow with just the right power to feed all your fires wherever you need them.
