Aluminium round tubes are a versatile product that has many attributes and many uses. Sometimes described as hollow bars the aluminium tubes that we supply are extruded from top quality aluminium. The extrusion process produces tubes that are seamless. As well as having good corrosion resistance, aluminium tube is also suitable for anodising, powder coating and polishing.

We stock aluminium tubes in 2 grades – 6082T6 & 6063T6. For many applications the grade of the tube will not be important but in some instances it may be critical. Tubes that are supplied in 6063T6 are suitable for bending, forming and swaging. Tubes supplied in grade 6082T6 are harder and therefore are excellent for drilling, threading and machining. Both are suitable for welding and powder coating. If the grade is important to your application, then please contact us to check current availability.

Deliveries to IOM, IOW, NI, Scottish Highlands and SOME postcodes that begin HS, IV, KW, ZE, AB, FK, KA, PA & PH may attract a delivery surcharge and therefore may not be eligible for free delivery. If you live in one of these areas, you are advised to contact us prior to purchasing so that we can advise if a surcharge is applicable.

 

Cutting Service

We are happy to provide the 1^st 2 cuts free of charge. Any further cuts are charged at 50p each.
