Evening Primrose Oil is obtained from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant, a wild plant from North America, which bears no relation to our native wild primrose. There are two main types of Evening Primrose Oil; one is extracted using chemical solvents, whilst the other is extracted by mechanically pressing the oil from the seeds

Evening Primrose Oil (cold pressed),Mixed Tocopherols, E420, Carrageenan, Bovine Gelatine Shell
Dosage
One Softgel daily. Up to three Softgels may be taken daily.
