Rotring Rapidoliner 105 070 Technical Pen
This Highly Sought After Technical pen which is pre-filled with dense black Indian ink is a highly sought after rarity, discontinued by Rotring in 2005 this particular unit which is new in the box was manufactured in 2003. We are clearing our old stock and were lucky enough to come across this pen. The pen is untested and is unused in original packaging.

We have some items as FREE of charge delivery this is generally when we are at the maximum weight we can ship at (our medias are heavy!) However we also recognize that many customers wish to add other materials or inks to their baskets and as such on some items you will find a one off flat rate delivery fee - we are always willing to look at the overall cost of delivery if some of the products you have chosen already have free delivery built in. Our aim is to keep your total cost as low as possible and get your goods to you by the fastest possible means Our satisfaction guarantee - We are proud of our impeccable customer service record and will go to extraordinary lengths to keep our customers happy. plot-IT will replace any item that is faulty or damaged on arrival or if you have simply changed your mind providing the item is unused we will happily refund minus postage or collection cost - Refer to our returns policy for more details.
Payment
Plot-IT accepts the following payment methods... Direct paypal payment from you once you have purchased all the goods you need (if invoices need to be adjusted, due to shipping or a revision in VAT for EU customers please don't pay until we have sent you a revised invoice) Master Card, Visa, American Express and Debit Cards - ring us on 0844 847 9795 with your item number(s) or provide your telephone number in notes and we will call you back. Direct Electronic Bank Transfer - We are happy to accept direct bank transfers in either Sterling or Euro's, if you wish to use this option there will be a delay as we will send you a company invoice with our banking details and convert from GBP to Euro if that is your preference. Please Note we will not dispatch goods until cleared funds are received
Shipping
We offer shipping throughout the UK mainland including Northern Ireland and the Channel islands along with shipping to selected EU countries to business addresses only. UK Delivery Dependant on the item ordered we use a combination of our own in-house tracked delivery vehicles allowing us to expedite market leading delivery times throughout the East and West Midlands, South West & South Wales, where our own vehicles do not operate we use Parcel Force for consumable items along with a network of professional couriers for Hardware items. Please refer to individual listings for delivery time frames. Mainland UK including Scottish Highlands and IOW - for consumable items please check individual listings for pricing information which will vary dependant on the weight of goods to be dispatched, typically we offer delivery regardless of quantity at a flat rate of £4.98 however some of our heavier paper items are offered with FREE of charge delivery. For Wide-Format printers, cutters and scanners individual listings carry flat rate delivery fees and in some instances optional professional installation fees Northern Ireland, The Channel islands and Scilly isles are priced on a listing per listing basis. But are typically at £16.90 with in some instance a run on rate dependant of the weight of the item. EU Deliveries Business buyers who are registered for VAT in their own country can benefit from a VAT FREE transaction on receipt of a valid VAT number - this will delay shipping until we can confirm your VAT ID through the online EU vat checker. By choice we do not deliver to all EU countries especially for Hardware items, however, an extensive selection of our consumable items are available for delivery with in the EU Please check individual product listings for charges, in some instance run on rates are advertised in case an order exceeds our 30 kilo parcel limit, if this isn't exceeded on an order we are able to offer a postage discount.
Terms
We want you to be completly happy with your purchase, we will do all we can to resolve any issues you may have and our customer services team will help you either by phone or through email, they can be contacted on 0844 847 97 95. We have a *no quibble 10 day from receipt of goods returns policy and we will refund you for any reason including the cost of carriage, however, we do not cover the cost of return this is your responsibility. You must ensure you package the goods robustly so as to ensure they arrive with us in the same condition as when you got them - if they do not then we will ask you to take your refund up with your courier. We can arrange collection for you with our couriers but this is at a charge dependant upon your location and this does not apply to customers outside the UK. * Hardware - in the case of expensive Hardware we require the device to be unused & in it's original packaging, this includes inks & Heads still being in their original wrappers - if you have loaded the ink and heads and attached decals or built the stand then we may still be able to arrange return, this is on a case by case basis and there will be a cost involved in the need for us to replace the opened ink with new units. In the event of a technical fault then all devices are shipped with a Full Manufacturers warranty as described in the listing, we will assist you in this event in any way we can. it is up to you to ensure you have picked the right machine for your required application - which we will gladly assist you with prior to purchase, for instance if you purchase a CAD plotter for Canvas printing then we will not able to help you
Returns
