International mail normally delivers in 10 to 14 days. In some instance's international packages take up to 30 days to clear international customs and deliver. This depends on the customs department in your country. Should your purchase fail to deliver with in 30 days from posting. We will refund or reship your purchase. Email us about damaged or defective items with in 14 days of package delivery. If your not 100% satisfied. Contact us through the Ebay message service. We will arrange an exchange or refund. Damaged and defective item's receive a full refund including Shipping and handling charges. We will do everything We can to make your purchase with me a positive outcome. We have no control over the delivery of your package after shipping. If for some reason your package is delayed for delivery by the customs department in your country. Please do not hold us personally responsible.

For over 15 years, we have been supplying glasses for retailers both in and outside of Australia. We do quality checks for every order before we send them out for delivery. If damage to any item is caused while in transit, please do not hesitate to contact us and send the defective item back to us so that we can replace it for you at equal value.
Where there is a problem, please:
- Contact us within 14 days after delivery
- Send the defective item back in the condition it was received so that we can send you a replacement
- Customers are responsible for return postage and shipping fees are not refundable
We do not provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
1. 1. Lost items – we promise to post your order within 24 working hours after payment has been received. We recommend customers to get REGISTER/EXPRESS POSTAGE to ensure a more secure delivery.
