Shipping

•We ship within 1-2 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays) when the payment is received and cleared.

 •USPS Domestic shipments can take 3-10 business days.
•Most of our domestic customers will receive the item(s) on average 3-10 business days after the payment is received and cleared.
•Please take note that we only ship to verified EBAY shipping address. Please make sure that your shipping address on file is updated, correct and valid before purchasing an item.
We will not be responsible for any loss of shipped product due to incorrect or invalid address. If package is returned due to incomplete, invalid, incorrect address,or to what USPS calls it "undeliverable address", You will received a refund minus the initial shipping and handling charges plus 15% restocking fee.

  •You must report all defects or damages to BUDDYMUGS  within three (3) days of delivery. The returned merchandise
must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery of the original shipment. BUDDYMUGS will make all efforts to
resolve all issues and problems on your order.
 
• BUDDYMUGS  will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
 
•Lost packages can be claimed after 30 days (for domestic) .
