How to choose your seal

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3
If you are unsure which seal you need then please send us a piece of your old seal and we can try and match it up for you

  • PLEASE NOTE:- All the showers seals on this listing are manufactured and sent straight. The seals will bend enough to fit a very SHALLOW curve (30mm Max*) but we would advise purchasing one of our pre curved seals for curved glass ideally.

    To fit your shower seal
  • Open up the shower door or bath screen and starting at one end push a small piece of the seal up on to the glass from below with your thumb. Slowly then work your way along the seal an inch or so at a time pushing the seal up on to the glass as you go. The seal should then slowly take up the shape of the curve

  • Do not try to slide the seal along the glass or put lubricants on them. If you want to heat the seal to make it softer then do so with a hairdryer or warm water only. If your curve is is tight then you will need a pre curved seal which can be found below.

  • Manufactured in the UK, the Shower Seal UK Ltd range of Push On Replacement Over Bath Screen Seals are without doubt the best on the market.

  • Our seals are made "oversized" at 0.9M (90cm) which means that they are longer than many existing shower door seals and can be easily cut to size with a hacksaw or secateurs.

  • We advise ordering a seal with a fin roughly 2-5mm bigger than the gap you need to seal. Ensure you check the gap size at each end as the size can vary. If the gap varies you will need to order a seal 2-5mm bigger than the maximum gap size you have.
  • Simply remove your old seal from the glass, clean the glass and push the new seal up on to the glass from below. Start from the hinge end and work your way along the seal pushing it up on to the glass as you go.

  • Do not try to slide the seal along the glass or put lubricants on them. If you want to heat the seal to make it softer then do so with a hairdryer or warm water only
  • If necessary the new seal can be cut to size with a hacksaw or secateurs and the soft fin cut with scissors
  • Strong, durable and easy to install.
  • No DIY knowledge necessary.
  • Available in any quantity for bulk orders.

* If you have a curved screen these straight seals will fit a maximum radius of 30mm. For measurements over this you will need a pre curved seal. For how to measure the radius please see the diagram below:-
