Satellite & Terrestrial TV Combiners / diplexers are used for connecting one feed from your satellite dish (LNB) and one feed from your UHF aerial.
You connect these 2 feeds into the combiner, then run one cable to your receiver/s, often used with a Combo box like the Ferguson Ariva HD 120 or 150 etc..
Then where you have run the one cable to, you use a second combiner to split the 2 signals back into satellite / terrestrial again and into the receiver.
Saves you running 2 cables or drilling a big hole in the wall. This is a popular solution as used by professional installers.
