 7 page article from a very rare 1906 periodical the article is entitled "Baseball" by J Sharp Articel begins quite disparagingly about the game but then goes on to explain the game and its skills 

"Baseball is nearly certain to become popular in England. Many people think there is some remarkable intracacy about the game. As a matter of fact nearly every English lad has played baseball only he didn't know it by that name - Rounders is what he used to call it........."
