We accept payment at the
orders, by Paypal.
When you place an order, we
suggest you have it
delivered to a work address
rather than a home address,
as our couriers only deliver
between 9am and 5pm, and may
require a signature on
receipt.
Shipping will be made
within 3 working days after
you place your order [excluding
Weekends]
Once your order has been
processed and shipped from
our Warehouse, an email
containing the tracking
number will be sent to your
registered email.
For the satisfaction of our
customers, we give a great

colour and materials, for
this all our products are
Custom made and cannot be
returned for refund or
credit.(Italian law about "conditions
of sales and returns")
We accept to refund only if
we made an error in
processing the order and it
is returned within 7
business days of customer
receipt as per tracking
records. All the costs of
shipments and/or Customs are
of the customer. Contact us
before to return products
and wait for our email / fax
of authorization. We refund
the cost the products only
and by Paypal, within 5 days.
