You can send us the engraving message and your selected FONT

from our FONT LIST during check out process by adding the note to seller,

or after purchase simply send us the personalizing message through eBay.

**Please make sure after typing your engraving instruction inside the Note

to Seller Box you click on add button, otherwise the message won't

be attached to your order**

If we don't receive the engraving message from you, we will contact

you to get all the details. We NEVER send blank/not engraved item

unless the buyer asks us to do so.

       Including  the  spelling, capitalization, and  punctuations  before  submitting your

       online form.

 

·         Some  font  choices  are  all in caps  or all in lower case letters, by making a font

       choice you understand the selected font style. (Please refer to font guide)

 

 

Return Policy

Since the personalized items cannot be resold, our company does not offer refunds or exchanges.

However if there was any problems in your order such as damaged, broken item, or incorrect engraving

made from our end; we  will offer a full refund or will provide a replacement.
