RETURNS POLICY
Unwanted items:
If you change your mind or find that the item you purchased is unsuitable, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery/collection date. You may return items to the store in person or post them, however, please note that if posting you must take the necessary precautions to ensure the item/s are not damaged in transit and the cost of the postage will not be refunded. You must send a covering letter explaining the reason why you are returning the item, the date of purchase and the cost of the goods.
Damaged/Faulty Goods:
If the product purchased is damaged in transit (where delivery is arranged by Van Comfort) or found to be faulty the item will be refunded or exchanged. If sending the product back to us, we will refund the cost of postage. Please message Van Comfort before sending back to ensure you get the best delivery rates.
