Orders under the value of £25.00 are sent via an untracked 2nd class Royal Mail service this normally takes 3-5 working days. Orders over the value of £25.00 are sent via a signed for 2nd class Royal Mail service we are able to supply you with the signed for parcel number but this is NOT a tracked service and is only a proof of delivery.

If you need your items quicker please select our 1st class service this normally takes 2-3 working days.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide tracking numbers for small items but if you would like a guaranteed delivery date please select our 48 hour courier at the checkout.

Although the majority of orders will arrive within 48 hours of dispatch some may take up to 15 working days. If after 15 working days your order hasn't arrived please contact us via eBay message
