These are vinyl cut-outs so there is no background or clear backing. The background color is whatever you apply it too.  

NOTE: Decals are set for outside surface application, but can be made for inside surface application (mirrored)

 These are adhesive decals (Not a Cling).

 Must be placed on a clean flat dry surface.
