Here's how our quick and easy return policy method works:
1. After you have received the purchased item, contact us if something is wrong with it or you need to make a return
2. We will respond to your message quickly as possible (up to 12 hours)
3. We will send you our address so you can return the item back to us
4. We will discuss the reason for the return and determine who will have to cover the return shipping of the product*.
5. After we receive the item back in its original condition (unworn or unused) we will contact you again and refund you the full amount (up to 2 business days)
Who pays for the return postage?*
We - If we made a mistake (like sending you the wrong size, colour or type of product) we will cover the return shipping (we send whatever is ordered via our store)
We - If you receive an item from us that is defective or broken (you will need to provide pictures for proof) we will cover the cost of the return shipping
You - If you have ordered the wrong size, colour, product, or just changed you're mind after receiving the item you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
(if we need to cover the return postage we will send you the same amount that costed us to send the item in the first place. The amount is send via PayPal after we receive the product back to us.)
Important! - If an item has been used it doesn't qualify for a refund! Please note that before contacting us.
Please note - Buyers who want a refund but don't contact us and leave negative feedback straight away and claim that we don't refund their money will be reported to eBay.

* - You can ask us to open a case with Royal Mail for a lost item (not delivered) only if you contact us up to 14 days after the purchase day. A case is not open and a refund is not completed if you contact us after 14 days.
