We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours, or next working day.

Standard postage smaller items will be sent within the UK with Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery and larger items will be sent with MyHermes courier.   Please allow 3/5 days for standard delivery. Postage is non-refundable as we do not profit from postage and return postage is to be paid by the buyer.

If there is a foreseeable problem with delivery please contact us to arrange an alternative, this cannot be guaranteed. 

We can arrange for a UK or International Express delivery, please contact us before ordering to arrange this.  For Overseas we would need to obtain a price quote.

Overseas delivery will be sent standard Airmail (no tracking number) up to the value of £20, please note this can take up to 28 working days.

Higher value orders will be dispatched International Signed For, MyHermes Overseas or Airsure, tracking details will be added to the order at time of dispatch.

Please return items to us within 14 days.  After 30 days items will be returned to buyer.  Return details can be found at the bottom of the page or enclosed with your order.

It is buyer’s responsibility to ensure the items are returned to us in the same condition as received, tags attached and in original packaging.  Items must be returned to us with details - please ensure enclosed are reason for return, eBay details, buyers eBay profile name, date of purchase and method of payment. 

If an exchange is required we can dispatch the exchange upon receipt of the original item being returned to us - please do not ask for an exchange to be dispatched until we receive the original one back.  Exchanged items will require a postage charge.

Should you have received the wrong item by mistake please message us / call us to resolve the problem swiftly, details found on the order form enclosed or at the bottom of product listings.

We accept Paypal, bank transfer and credit card payments.
