Contact is made as soon as possible after receipt if you wish to return an item.

Items are unused and in original condition.

All labels and tags are still attached to items sold as ‘brand new with tags’.

Items are packaged carefully and returned within 14 days of receipt. Seller is not responsible for return postage costs.

We advise the use of ‘recorded delivery’, as we do not issue refunds for items lost in the post on their return (but you may be able to claim compensation for the loss from the post office).
Free postage is only valid if the item is kept and for a return postage costs will be deducted.
