Returns/Refunds

We offer a 14 day returns policy. If an item should arrive damaged in the post all packaging must be returned to assist with any claim. If we have supplied any part incorrectly or faulty we will cover all postage costs. If an item is no longer required, does not fit or purchased in error we will not cover any postage costs involved in the return. Remember any damage must be reported within 24hrs of receipt and all returns must be within 14 days of receipt.

Dispatch

tems are dispatched on the next working day after purchase. We do ship same day from Monday to Friday on orders placed before 12pm. The delivery of your item depends on the mail service in your area but normally items are delivered in 1-2 working days from dispatch. We can offer next day delivery guaranteed including Saturday delivery at extra cost but please contact us first. We only dispatch Monday to Friday, we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Collection is welcome!

Payment

Please only purchase if you can pay straight away. We accept paypal or card over the phone during business hours Mon-Fri 9.am-5.30 .pm 0117 9864490. Please let us know if you are having problems paying otherwise an unpaid item case will automatically start after 4 days.
