We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days and it takes 3-5 working days to deliver within Ireland/UK. Walk in baths handling time is up to 10days and delivery 4-5 days.

If you are not happy or just changed your mind you can send the item back to us within 14 days after item received. Goods must be in their original packaging, in unused condition, only then we will issue the full refund. The postage costs are on buyer side. Once the item received and inspected the refund will be done within 48 hours. In case you have received damaged or faulty item please contact us within 24hrs for further instructions.
