All orders are dispatched daily from Sydney (Monday through Friday excluding public holidays) and within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. 

Please make sure your delivery address is CORRECT and clearly stated at checkout. Aquarium Kingdom is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address.

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. For the majority of people in Australia, delivery will take between 1 to 4 working days.
Note that remote/regional locations may take longer than the times listed above.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please first contact your local Australia Post office to determine if they are holding your order.
If your order still has not shown up after you have contacted Australia Post please contact us.

For multi-item orders, we are happy to combine postage costs to save you money. Please contact us and include the items you are wishing to purchase and the postcode of the delivery address.
Alternatively, you may request an invoice at checkout.

Payment must be received for ALL items in one transaction. Otherwise, multiple items can't be combined, and shipping discounts can't be applied.

We offer Express Post for most items. Prices are listed in each listing.

Aquarium Kingdom only delivers within Australia.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to allow customers to pick-up their orders.

Aquarium Kingdom offers our own 30 day warranty and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products for your peace of mind. Some items may include a longer warranty period which we will honor, these will be specified in each individual listing.

In terms of our warranty, Aquarium Kingdom may elect to repair, exchange, or refund the item. Aquarium Kingdom is not liable for items that have been misused, mishandled, or incorrectly installed. Buyers should read all instruction manuals and advice given by manufacturers and suppliers before use. 

If the item is damaged or faulty on delivery please contact us as soon as possible.

For any warranty claims within 30 days from purchase, all postage costs will be paid by Aquarium Kingdom. For any claim after 30 days, postage to and from Aquarium Kingdom are to be paid by the customer.

30 Days Returns Policy

We believe our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have changed your mind or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to start the return process.

What if I wish to return an item?

If you've changed your mind or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send an email to us via eBay within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll get it sorted.

The items must be in its original packaging, be in a re-sellable condition, and be returned within 30 days of you receiving the items.

Once we've received the item, we'll give you a refund or exchange less any shipping costs.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my item is faulty/damaged on delivery?

If the item is damaged or faulty on delivery, please email us via eBay within 7 days of receiving the item with any photos of the damages. We'll send you a return label to send the items back.

If the item is suspected to be faulty we may ask you to perform a few tests before asking you to send it back. Once we receive the item we'll re-test to ensure it's faulty and once confirmed will offer you a full refund or replacement at our cost. 

If we find the product works as expected, we will not approve a replacement or refund. We will then return the product once return postage is paid for by the customer.

What if I have received the wrong item?

Although this rarely happens, mistakes do occur. 

Please let us know via eBay and we'll get it fixed up for you at our cost.

How do I return an item?

Please send us an email via eBay with the following information:

• order number
• reason for return
• attach any photos of damaged items as this will help speed up the claims process

IMPORTANT: How to pack items to be returned

Please package items in a box, or bubble wrap the item to protect the original packaging from being damaged in transit.

Please avoid sticking shipping labels directly on to retail packaging.
