We use various posting costs, please click on 'see more services' above for your choice of delivery. We aim to dispatch orders the same day placed (not guaranteed) or the next day from Monday to Friday. Orders received at a weekend or on bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. Special next day deliveries can't be delivered for Saturdays as there is an extra charge from the post office. Please let us know if you want this by contacting us first before placing an order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days & must go via ebay returns system with a money back guarantee excluding postage costs if applies, as long as the item is not worn & in perfect condition with tags intact if applies. You can also exchange to another item or a different size. We don't charge extra postage to resend the exchanged item. Please include reason & contact name along with your e-bay username in the packet. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the wrong item is received or the item is faulty. Please note we will not refund if you are out of the 30 day return time.
Feedback is left once we receive it from the buyer, that way we will know that the buyer received it. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to give us a chance to rectify the problem before you leave neutral/ negative feedback.
