All orders are dispatched within 24 hours or sometimes the very same day of receiving your cleared payment. If paying by cheque or e-Cheque we will only dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared.

Royal Mail First Class - Delivered 1-3 Working Days Target by Royal Mail from dispatch
Royal Mail Second Class - Delivered 3-5 Working Days Target by Royal Mail from dispatch
International Royal Mail Air Mail - Europe delivered 1-3 Weeks, Worldwide 1-4 weeks from dispatch
All orders are posted via Royal Mail service and we have no control over their speeds of service once the item has been posted. Please bear this in mind when chasing your order.
*Royal Mail will not accept a claim for loss unless 15 working days or more have elapsed since the item was due to be delivered. In the event of a Failed Delivery / Lost Item case, you will need to file a P58 declaration with Royal Mail.

Returns:
Our aim is to maintain 100% Customer satisfaction. If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding P&P or delivery charge) upon receipt of the returned goods, no questions asked. All items must be unused and in original undamaged packaging.
If the product returned is not in a resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% from the original purchase price paid. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged and replacement is not available.
