If you are having problems with an item you purchased from us, please contact us within our return period with your order number, specific details about the product and the problem you are experiencing. We will ask for a photo of the item and/or problem, so that we can try and help resolve the issue. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost), store credit or a replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, there maybe a 20% re-stocking fee on certain items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Within 1 business day or the same day an order is placed, we will start to process and get the item(s) ready for shipment. You will be notified when your order has been received, in processing and when it is shipped. You can view any of this information within your account pages. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us ASAP before your order is shipped. We can ship to any address within the US and we do ship internationally but certain fees and conditions will apply. Please contact us directly for shipping quotes outside the continental US.
We do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico on certain products but the cost of shipping will be added. Contact us for details.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
