| The LM139AJ has (military) extended
temperature range -55°C to +125°C (table above). The manufactures marked the IC on customers request with IBM/1582595. These devices consist of four independent precision voltage comparators. All these comparators were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply aver a wide range of voltages. Operation from split power supplies is also possible.
