Suggested Use

We offer Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class with ETA's of 1-2 & 2-3 working days. If registration is required we provide Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded.

International Shipping;-

We offer Royal Mail Priority Airmail for all international orders as standard. ETA is 5-7 Working Days depending on customs for orders outside the E.U.

If registration is required we provide Royal Mail International Tracked.

We do recommend for any customers placing large international orders to select "International Tracked" shipping as this guarantees that packages are not lost and can be located when delayed.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 30 Days of purchase. As long as the item has not been opened or tampered with we will always fully refund if the fault lies with us. We will of course cover any return postage charges as well.

If the item/items are returned because of a change of mind etc on behalf of yourself the customer then P&P charges will not be refunded and the item will have to be returned at your own cost. This is only fair.
