Return Policy
Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. You must call 1-347 725-3725 to obtain a merchandise return authorization number before you return anything to us. Packages without an MRA number will be refused by our receiving department. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the MRA number issued date. All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. All exchanges are subject to 15% re-stocking fee. re-stocking fee does not apply if returns or exchange is a result of our error.
Warranty
Autotrim Market warrants its products against any defect in workmanship or materials under normal use and service, as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle the product was installed in. Damaged Product
If your product was damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier (UPS, USPS), you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After Autotrim Market received authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again. Do not return damaged product to Autotrim Market. Shipping carrier will arrange pick up after your claim.
30 Day Money Back
Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it for refund, If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way. Thereafter, all sales are final.
