Free Shipping to Russian Federation

Payment policy :

* Only PayPal is Accepted.

* Taxes and other charges are not included in the item's price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping policy :

* Standard international shipping (10-21 business days).

* We ship by registered mail only. We provide a tracking code for every shipment and signature might be required when delivered.

* The buyer is responsible for tracking the order with the provided tracking code and for picking up the order from the post office if necessary. 

* Any unclaimed order which will return, will not be shipped again without charging  shipping fee from the buyer.

* Shipping to Russian Federation is Free for all items.

* United States shipping fee for the an item 4$. Heavy items containing 500 ml and more may have extra shipping charges. 

* Usuall handling time is 3 business days after receiving cleared payment.

* Shipping period may exceed usuall shipping time around holidays. Please pay attention we are located in Israel, therefore we do not work on Friday and Saturday and they are not considered business days.

* We do not attach invoice to the package for your own privacy. If you know there is any requirement for the invoice to be visible please add a note when placing an order to inform us. 

Return policy :

* Buyer can return the item within 14 days after receiving it.

* Returns will be accepted only in original state:

    * Product in its original box.  

    * The box is undamaged.

    * The product was not used.

* Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 

* It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to NoyaCosmetics. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

* Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

* Shipping costs for returned items will be refunded after the safe arrival of the items back to NoyaCosmetics possession. 

* Costs will be refunded according to a receipt proving shipping costs, which will be presented by the buyer.
