The bag is made of strong trapline. Weight of the bag is approximately 20-25 kg. The bag is filled by a compressing machine to ensure the bag is evenly filled. The bag is filled with virgin textile and knitting waste from the Leicester and Manchester textile mills.

The bag gloves are made of artificial leather. Multi layered shock absorbing  padding is good enough for the safety of the  knuckles.

The wall bracket is made of  steel and Thermal powder coated in  black colour for indoor and  outdoor use..

This is a great Punch bag set. My only observation is that the plastic wall plugs supplied didn't seem to grip well enough and came loose after a short while. I instead drove tapered wooden plugs into the holes with a hammer, sawed off the excess sticking out, drilled small pilot holes for the coach screws and the fix is amazingly solid.

Fast delivery and helpful customers service. Bag and bracket are worth the money on there own. Gloves are NOT suitable for bag work they are mitt gloves at best. Get yourself a good pair of elsewhere with the money you’ve saved.Straps grips etc are a nice addition.
