endeavor to send out your order within 2-3 working days after receiving
your payment and personalisation details. We use 1st class recorded to
ensure delivery though if you would prefer an alternative postal method,
please request this before making payment so your invoice can be
altered.
Returns
are not accepted on personalised items unless there is an error made by
us. In this case, replacements will be sent out upon receipt of
returned item.
