Description: These flash guards protect the shooter next to you from burning powder thrown out when the pan ignites. This protection is required at most shooting ranges, or at re-enactments, where flint shooters may stand and fire volleys shoulder-to-shoulder.
Eight designs to choose from: Available in either Brass or Iron, Plain face, or Inscribed with an English Crown or French Fleur-di-lis design, there is also a small Plain Flash Guard in Brass or Iron for small muskets.
Held in place with frizzen screw, will fit any musket lock or trade gun with outside frizzen screw. Please choose the design you want from the drop down list above.
Small Flashguard measurements: 18mm across the base, 22mm across the top, 25mm high
Standard Flashguard measurements: 20mm across the base, 24mm across the top, 29mm high
