This double sided Macaron Mat is a registered design, 1/2/2012 of Sarah-Jane Nash, SiliconeMoulds.

It's purpose is to help make the production of uniform sized macarons and other piped biscuits / cookies (macaroons) far easier. It has very low retaining walls to help keep the mixture in the correct shape. 

Our mat is dual purpose ! One side has 25 x 50mm diameter cells. Flip it over for 64 x tiny 30mm cells on the other side.

Not just useful for macarons / macaroons - use it for cookies and meringues too !

This mat is specially designed to fit on to any 12" / 300mm x 12" / 300mm or larger cookie sheet. Lakeland do a slightly larger square roasting tray around 14" square which is my personal favourite.

This mat is made from 100% food safe silicone.
A larger version of this mat to suit commercial ovens is also available.
Safe temperature range is -60deg C to +260deg C
Bend it, fold it, roll it, reuse it !

Do watch the video for instructions for use - you will find the baking times on these mats a little longer than when you just use baking paper on a tray.

As per all our silicone bakeware moulds, these are also oven and freezer proof. Use them from +260deg C to -60deg C. We have customers using them for moulding resins, concrete, plaster, bitumen, chocolates, cakes, hard candies and many other mediums

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of order.

Goods must be returned in new, unused condition and fit for resale.

In the case of halogen oven bulbs, these are only deemed acceptable for return if sent back in SEALED packaging. The exterior tape on the package must be INTACT and not have been cut or these cannot be accepted due to very specific handling criteria.

Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
