A few points to consider before you purchase:
1. When you receive our hair and before you fit it, please check that it is the correct colour, the correct length you require and the correct thickness...As after you have fitted it, any such claim will not be acceptable.
2. All hair is checked individually before posting.
3. All hair is weighed at the post office before sending and this information is recorded in the tracking info.
4. Please bear in mind that this item is handmade and as such, under the paypal/ebay regulations is a non refundable item, however if you do change your mind for whatever reason, just keep as new in the packet and we offer a very quick no quibble refund policy.
5. If for some unusual reason you need to return, please allow at least 5 days for us to verify that it is indeed our hair, as we will not accept other peoples hair back!
6. We work very hard to ensure that you will love our hair, and to keep the standard and quality very high.
7. This is a handmade product and every item may vary slightly, we never recommend dying as the hair is already heavily treated, although our customers do dye them, you do so at your own risk.

1. How much hair do i need for a full head?
A. If you are buying micro loops/stick or Utip then min 150strands up to 200 for a full head of hair.
Tape hair you need around 3 to 4packs for a full head of hair.
2. How thick is your hair at the bottom?
A. Our hair in general is around 80% of the overall thickness, that can vary slightly from set to set as they are all handmade.
3. Can i mix the colours when i buy?
A. Yes, you can buy any color in multiples of 25strands and mix and match.
4. Do you offer any discount on 2 or more packs?
A. You can find us at hairextend.co.uk for slightly cheaper deals.
5. If i buy today, when can i get them?
A. we ship all items twice a day, first class recorded,, so they take around 1 to 2 working days, unless you pay for special delivery, that will guarantee next day before 1pm.
We need to make it clear that under NO Circumstances do we refund or replace washed and worn hair, we sell very high quality human hair, however, once it has been fitted,washed,worn and used, there is no way of us to prove that the hair has been misused in any way.
For a refund on this item, you do need to return in new condition in the package as we have sent to you.
