Shipping Policy

Most items are shipped within 1 business day via USPS. If you have any special shipping requests (such as priority, next day air, etc.), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note, special shipping requests may require an additional charge.

International shipping is done through eBay's Global Shipping Program.

30-Day Return Policy

All items are sold with a 30-day return policy. We take every precaution to ensure that our items are listed as accurately as possible. We have a devoted eBay team that is happy to assist buyers in resolving any issues that may arise. Please contact us if there are any questions and we will respond within 24 hours on normal business days.

If you change your mind or order the wrong part number, we can still accept a return. However, please be advised that a 20% restocking fee will apply.

We value feedback received from buyers, so please contact us if there is any issue with your order prior to leaving feedback. We will leave feedback for buyers within 48 hours of payment.

Terms

Paypal is our only accepted method of payment. We keep track of serial numbers on all outgoing items to prevent against fraud. Please double-check your shipping address that is on file with eBay before completing checkout. We are not responsible for finding packages that get lost or temporarily misplaced due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Operating system on hard drive?

All of our hard drives have been completely erased. They do not include an operating system of any kind. You will need to install the operating system of your choice.

Our parts are listed with the Make/Model/Brand of the devise in the auction title. We try to provide as much information on each item we sell as we can. Please ensure compatibility with your system prior to purchasing an item. Most items contain the manufacturer part number, we highly recommend cross referencing your original part number to ensure compatibility. We are unable to determine the compatibility of parts on an individual basis.
