3 Round Cut Diamonds.
The Diamonds range slightly in size from approx.  4.8mm to 4.6mm each.
Approx.  total Diamond carat weight of 1.0 to 1.20 carats.
Set in a 14K Yellow & White Gold Deco Style Ring (not marked but tested). 
Total weight of approx.  6.9 grams.  
Approx.  Size 6.5 to 6.75

Good Condition with use minor wear & gold scratches.
Also, it appears to have been sized down at some point.
