Shipping Info

The shipping table below is to be used as a general reference guide. The details that apply to your specific purchase will be listed during check out.

Please Note:

• We ship within 1 business day. Some oversized items may take up to 2 business days to ship.
• You will be notified within 24 hours if an item is out of stock.
• International Orders may take up to 2 business days to ship
• We will do our best to ship to PO Box (Fedex and UPS do not deliver to PO Box so please notify us if you are using a PO Box).
• Please contact us if you reside in an APO/FPO address.
• We process and ship orders Mon – Fri from 9AM-5PM and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
• We use USPS, UPS, and/or Fedex for most orders.  We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier.

Payment

• We accept PayPal only on eBay. 
• We do charge sales tax in California (8%) State taxes will be calculated at checkout.
• We cannot and will not complete any purchases outside of eBay and we might report buyers that ask us to do so to eBay resolution center.

Returns 

• You may return any online purchase to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that sales of clearance items, giclee items personalized with uploaded photos, and custom made-to-order items are final.
• 20% restocking fees will be applied to all returns.
• Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. For freight returns a $99 pick-up fee will be deducted from your return once the credit is processed.
• To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please contact us first.
• A customer service associate will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
• Please note that returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.
• Write the Return Merchandise Authorization on the pre-printed return address form included with your boxed order. Complete the returns form, then pack it with your order and affix the address label to the outside of the box. Send your return via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS and obtain a tracking number.
• Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase. All shipping charges on purchases and returns are nonrefundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging. Please note that installed products with cut wires or loose crystal will be subject to a $50 fee.
• Please contact us before leaving a feedback if there was problems with your order.
• If the item’s box was damaged in transit or was defective upon receiving, we require photo verification of the damage.
• All defective/damaged during shipping items will be refunded completely, including shipping.
• Refunds will be given once we receive the item with a RMA and the item is inspected.
• Please allow 24 hours for refunds to be posted to your account
