It is new never used.  The pictures show the LCD in test mode and the actual part as shipped. See my other auction for the 1984 speed LCD as this LCD will not work in a 1984 cluster. It’s guaranteed to work properly or full refund; provided it is returned in new condition with protective film. Detailed installation instructions provided and no special tools are needed, but it is recommended that you have good mechanical skill.
