RETURNS- Contact us
within 30 days with an eBay message before any return. WE OFFER RETURNS
AND REPLACEMENTS ON DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
BUYER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING ON ANYTHING OTHER THAN
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AND IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND.
We may ask you to provide photos. Once we receive the item,
we will refund your purchase price or replace the item.
SHIPPING- All
orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders
placed and paid after 3:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day.
FEEDBACK- We
always appreciate positive feedback, and we encourage our buyers to
contact us directly whenever a concern arises. If you'd like us to leave
feedback for you as a buyer, please let us know. We'd be more than happy to
help.
DEFECTIVE
ITEMS- If an item you purchase from us is defective, contact us. We'll
replace it or refund your purchase price.
DAMAGED
ITEMS- If you think you have received a damaged item, please
contact us right away. We will replace the item or refund your purchase price.
There is a 25% restocking fee for any item returned for any reason other than
defective or damaged. If the item appears to have been damaged during
shipping, we may ask you to hold the damaged item for inspection by the
shipper. The customer is ultimately responsible for the package. If we do not
receive the package, we will be unable to refund your order. We do
not hold any responsibility for lost returned packages.
NOTE: We offer FREE Priority and UPS shipping to all states with exception of Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Samoa and other American
Territories, extra shipping fee will be charged.
