Returns

Returns accepted within 30 working days of received in original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. Damaged, used, or items described as Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We may withdraw the offer of a refund or exchange if goods are sent back in an un-saleable condition. We will not issue a refund against an item that has been used or tampered with or is returned to us in any condition that makes it unfit for resale. 

We regret that no refund is available in the case of used items that do not meet your expectations of performance or you do not like the scent of.
