  Personalized Child ID is made to order. Made of durable plastic (PVC) material with full color print on the front side and black color on the back side. Will not fade or crack.

  • These cards will perfectly fit into any ID card holder or compartment (credit card size). This ID will give you a piece of mind gets lost in the airport, mall, festival, flea market or any other crowded place.
  • How to order: Please choose color and place your order. After your order is complete please send us a message with:
  • Child photo, Name, address. DOB, hair and eye color, height, weight, blood type, parent/guardian name and phone numbers, allergy info.
  •  With your purchase you will receive a set of two id cards (they will two copies of the same card). One copy can be with the child and other copy can be in moms wallet or used as a spare. Personalized Child Identification Cards are made to order.

    - Child's photo - Child's name and address (up to 3 lines) - Date of Birth, sex, hair and eye color, height, weight and blood type (all information is optional) (up to 4 lines) - Parents/Guardians information and phone numbers(up to 3 lines) - Allergy warnings if any, if none we will put No Known Allergies

    All items will be shipped using UPS or USPS depending on weight and price tag of the item. 




                     

    We welcome all returns within 30 days. Please contact us prior to shipping your item back to us to obtain RMA number. Item must be in original package, unused and in original condition to receive full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment made to us. Items marked as FREE SHIPPING will receive refund minus actual shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. In rare case when we make a mistake and ship incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge and pay for return shipping. Please contact us if you receive defective item as soon as possible.
