SHIPPING: We do not overcharge on shipping in order to make a profit. We go directly to UPS and enter exact information and what we are quoted is what we pass on to our customers. We will always quote for Ground shipping but if you need faster service, please email us for a quote or add a note when requesting the total. Overnight, 2-day, Saver, and we can even ship on your account if # is provided. We will ship same day of payment, if received prior to our daily schedule pickup. Otherwise, item will ship next day.

Warranty: All items sold come with a standard 30-day warranty against defects/malfunctions. If you get hit with a power surge and your gear blows, there is nothing we can do (and we can tell when the gear is returned and this has happened).

Payment: PayPal is payment preferred but we do accept MC/Visa directly as well. You will have to fill out a CC Authorization form, so please contact us ahead of time.
