With wallpaper these things must be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product.

At Love Rooms we offer our customers a no-fuss money-back guarantee (minus minimum postage fees) for all

items which must be reported via eBay's messaging service only within 7 days of receipt.

For any returns the Buyer will be responsible for the Return Postage & Packaging charges. When returning an item please place a note with the date of order, name & address (as on PayPal) within the parcel.

If any item/s received turn out to be faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 DAYS via eBay's messaging service only. Any faulty items should be returned to us within 30 DAYS and upon receipt we shall either Replace or Refund the goods subject to confirmation that the item(s) are indeed faulty including the minimum postage fees.
