These items are made, assembled and installed (if needed) by a local manufacturer.  We've had a number of these kits installed on machines and sold many door assemblies and complete kits to customers all across the USA.  Pictures of installed kits available, please send your email address if you want pics. If purchasing a complete kit the mounting hardware is included.

  This is a heavy duty, drop in replacement of the OEM door.  The door glass is tempered a windshield type glass.  The front hinge and frame pieces are heavy duty parts. The plexiglass piece to put up between the headlights is also included in the kit. This is not a light duty replacement item but we do have several options available to reduce the price if you want to go with a cheaper kit.  Please email for details if interested.  If there is a problem with door assembly or if something doesn't fit for some reason we'll take care of it or you can return the item for full credit minus the shipping costs.  We've never had any of these kits not work on the compatable machines as listed below.  If you purchase the kit and have assembly questions we can help over the phone if needed.  We've also had some customers buy this kit and retrofit to other types of machines.  The overall front frame size of the New Holland skid steer is 31" wide X 43" tall.  If you don't have a New Holland machine but your front frame size is close to (31" W X 43" H) you may be able to make this kit work

The window assembly shown on pic 12 is a solid window with a metal frame. (now made with black steel) - the side windows are plexiglass.  The frame on the side window has holes that match the New Holland cab bolt holes so the window is very easy to remove for summertime use

Full glass sliding window kits are also available.  Those are a heavy duty frame with the cushions and glass sliding tracks.  The sliding glass window option will add an ADDITIONAL $500 to the kit price if you choose that instead of the solid window.  If you want pics of the glass sliding window kit please send your email address...I can attach some pics and send back to you. 

 

The 12 volt heater is 4,000 BTU...creates a comfortable cab temperature when plowing snow or working in cold weather. If the heater is mounted on the ceiling, off to the side in the back of the cab it helps circulate the air and works as a defroster on the windshield. The heater draws 20 AMPS, it is a special order heater for skid steers.

This heater does not produce a lot of heat as it is only 12 volt, but if the enclosed cab on your machine is fairly airtight it helps keep a comfortable environment in the cab.  We also have 14,000 BTU auxiliary coolant heaters available for $100 more that tie into the coolant lines.   The install is more involved but the coolant heaters throw a lot more heat.  We use this type of 12 volt heater on some of our skid steers used for snow removal

If the full kit is installed the cab is not hard to heat, this heater will keep the cab comfortable and help keep the windshield defrosted. The alternator output on the smaller machines such as the New Holland LX565 & LS160 is 40 AMPS, and the alternators on the larger machines have a higher AMP output so running this heater pulling 20 AMPS works fine

 

Floor plates are also available (bolt onto the bottom by the floor pedals) - those are not needed but it helps keep the warm air in the cab.  $75.00 for a set of 2 (mounting hardware is included) - no additional shipping for those if buying other items.  The floor plates are also listed in my ebay store

Will fit the following skid steers.  New Holland LX565, LX665, LX865, LX885, LX985, LS160, LS170, LS180, LS185, LS190, C185 & C190.  Will also fit the same later model L series machines with the rectangle light (will not fit the newest machines with the longer vertical lights or the smaller New Holland machines - LX465, LX485, LS140 & LS150)

This kit will fit ALL of the New Holland track machines, except the late model machines with the long vertical headlights.  Will only fit on the machines with the small rectangle headlights.

Also fits John Deere 6675, 7775 & 8875 skid steers

The item being sold here for $1300. is the DOOR ASSEMBLY ONLY as shown in pic 1-5 - for machines with existing door frame, ready to mount the door

If your machine doesn't have the existing door frame you'll need the parts shown in pic 10 & 11 to mount the door.  Those parts are included in the full kit.  Or frame parts shown in pic 10 & 11 also available in a kit for $275 + $25 shipping
