Plastic End Caps
These end caps will fit box sections with wall thicknesses 0.9mm - 2mm. The measurements advertised are measured on the external.
They push into the section and hold firmly in place by plastic fins that are on the edges (as pictured)
Despatch
/ Delivery info.
We aim to
despatch all items that are paid for by 1pm on the sameday. Items ordered after
1pm will be despatch during the next working day. Working days are Monday -
Friday, excluding all Bank Holidays, Public Holidays and during the Xmas
shutdown.
Please note
that the method of delivery will depend on the size & weight of the bar
that you select. Small, light items will be sent via Royal Mail. Larger /
heavier items will be sent by courier.
Deliveries
to I.O.M, I.O.W, N.I, Scottish Highlands and SOME, postcodes that begin HS, IV, KW,
ZE, AB, FK, KA, PA & PH may attract a delivery surcharge and therefore may
not be eligible for free delivery. If you live in one of these areas, you are
advised to contact us prior to purchasing so that we can advise if free
delivery is possible.
Cutting
Service
We are happy
to provide the 1st 2 cuts free of charge. Any further cuts are charged at 50
Pence each.
If you
require your material cutting, you must include details of your cutting
requirements in the "Message To Seller" section of the Paypal
payment. If you send the request in any other way (i.e via E-Bay message or
E-mail) we cannot guarantee that we will get this information before your item
is despatched.
Everytime we
cut your bar, we lose approx 5mm of material. i.e a 1000mm long bar would yield
10 equal pieces @ approx 95mm long not 100mm long. This doesn't apply to sheet
6mm or under and this is always cut with a guillotine.
Please be
aware that we are stockholders, not engineers, and therefore offer a standard
cutting tolerance of +/-2mm. If you require your cutting more accurate than this,
please contact us prior to ordering, however, we cannot guarantee to match your
request.
Returns
We accept
returns on all of our items if returned to us within 14 days of receipt and
that no change has been made to the item from the listing (e.g asking for the
item to be cut)
If your item
is damaged, you must adhere to the following -
Items sent
via post - You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Items sent
via courier - You must contact us within 12 hours of signing for the item. The
courier will not, under any circumstances consider any claims that we make
outside of this period.
If the item
is delivered by courier and you suspect it may be damaged (i.e it looks bent or
packaging is badly damaged) the chances of making a succesfull claim will be
increased if you mark the drivers note "Damaged".
In all instances (Both Post & Courier) you must keep all the packaging with the item and leave us with a daytime contact number as Royal Mail / The courier may wish to contact you to arrange inspection of the item.
