Returning Your Item

Alpha Sole totally understands that sometimes shoes just don't fit or they're an unwanted gift. That's why we offer a 28 day returns policy provided the following;

~ Items have not been worn.

~ Items have not been tampered with.

~ Items are still brand new in the box.

~ Items have to be returned back to us in the original condition, this is to include any laces/documents etc.

Please note: We do not refund on return postage.

Please can you also make sure that the shoe box in which the item came in, is perfect as this should be in saleable condition once returned to us.

As soon as we receive your item back, we will issue you a refund or contact you if you require an exchange.

If you wish to change your item for another item, we will charge you the standard rate to get this item shipped to you.
