Shipping
All our riser recliner chairs are delivered by a two man team and installed into a room of your choice. We aim to do this within 2 working days or on a day which is convenient for you. Home set-up delivery is not guaranteed for delivery to care homes. There will be delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and remote areas determined by the courier and delivery may take longer. Chairs are delivered boxed to the door of the property to these areas so please ensure someone able bodied is available on the day of delivery to accept the goods.
You will receive text and email updates throughout the delivery process so please ensure that you have given us the correct contact details for the recipient. We are unable to change a delivery address once we receive the order so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
We will contact you to agree a suitable delivery day, please make sure the phone number you have supplied ebay is correct. Incorrect contact details may result in delivery delays.
Exchange and Returns Policy
In accordance with UK Law, The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd gives customers a 14 day time period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return/exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery including any costs. We do recommend that you pay for a signed delivery for your protection. If you would like to return or exchange your products please open a return request. Any returned product(s) must be unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging.
Alternatively we can arrange collection for scooters and chairs ourselves with our courier. This service will need paying for prior to collection. The cost of this from a Mainland UK address is:
Electric riser / recliner chairs - £85
Small Mobility Scooters - £50
Mid/Large Mobility Scooters - £100
Northern Ireland and UK Islands will incur additional charges.
The product must be packed back up securely in its box as it was delivered including any polystyrene or bubble wrap etc. Please make sure all loose items such as plugs, and chargers are included and packed sufficiently to protect them against damage in transit.
The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd.
VAT Exemption
At FENETIC WELLBEING we will help you with your VAT exemption. All prices shown are VAT exclusive (without any VAT). To purchase an item from FENETIC WELLBEING at the exclusive price you must provide us with a specific medical condition or long-term illness that the user suffers from. Until a condition is provided or the additional VAT has been paid, we may be unable to despatch the goods.
